Amanda Crain is an associate attorney in the family law department at Heimerl & Lammers. Ms. Crain began her legal career in the area of family law and continues to devote her legal experience to representing clients in all aspects of family law.
Prior to working in private practice, Ms Crain worked as a law clerk for Referee Patricia A. Moses and Judge David L. Piper of the Fourth Judicial Family District Court. During law school, Ms. Crain worked as a certified student attorney at the Ramsey County Attorney's Office in the Child Support Enforcement Division, where she appeared on behalf of the Ramsey County Attorney in child support establishment, enforcement, and paternity adjudication cases. Ms. Crain participated in the University of St. Thomas School of Law-Judicial Externship with Judge Kevin S. Burke and interned with Judge Anne K. McKeig in the Fourth Judicial Family District Court. She also clerked at the Self-Help Center of the Fourth Judicial Family District Court through the Minnesota Justice Foundation.
Ms. Crain lives in Western Minneapolis. In her spare time, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
