Amanda Maenner is passionate about helping people find their voice and being a strong advocate for them in and out of the courtroom.
Amanda was born and raised in the twin cities metro area. Her family ingrained in her a commitment to volunteer work, a strong sense of compassion for justice and respect for people of all backgrounds. Prior to attending law school, she volunteered with Chrysalis and with other community organizations.
Amanda attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for her undergraduate education where she studied social work and women’s studies, followed by the University of Minnesota Law School. Amanda is involved in many professional organizations including the Family Law Bush League, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. She is able to use the skills she developed through her educational and volunteer experiences to assist her clients in the legal field.
Most of Amanda’s practice involves divorce, custody, child support, paternity, appellate work, probate and estate planning. Amanda also has experience with general civil litigation, products liability, real estate transactions, homeowner associations and contracts.
Amanda resides with her husband in St. Louis Park.
