Michael Lammers is the newest Partner at GH&L. He is an assertive advocate and a compassionate counselor.

Mr. Lammers brings a depth of real life experience to the practice of law. Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Lammers worked in a variety of fields honing his skills as a public servant and advocate for those in need. He served in the U.S. Navy during Gulf War I; he worked as a community organizer in Iowa in support of clean air and water initiatives; he spent time assisting disabled veterans achieve health care.

Mr. Lammers received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in religious studies, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in downtown Minneapolis.

The majority of Mike’s practice is devoted to personal injury and workers’ compensation; however, he has experience in business litigation, criminal defense, and family law as well. Mr. Lammers has experience in virtually all aspects of the court system, including jury trials, administrative hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences. Mike lives in Southwest Minneapolis with his wife Katie.
